Search the User Guide
Most issues are covered in the user guide. Enter a few words that describe your issue and relevant articles from the guide will appear automatically.
- Check the forums. Usually, an issue you're having will already be discussed in the forums.

Licenses
With 1Password and 1Password Pro for iPhone and iPod touch, licensing is handled by the iTunes App Store. When you download an application from the App Store, it is tied to your iTunes account so you don't need to enter a license key.
